DongGuan SunYuu Automotive Equipment co,.ltd is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the development, design and manufacture of auto parts checking fixture& welding equipment for automotive industry. The main products are automotive sheet metal parts checking fixture, plastic parts checking fixture, assembly fixture,BIW automated assembly& welding production lines, welding jigs, welding robot systems, welding equipment, welding transmission devices,and so on.

Currently, Sunyuu company covers an area of 16000 square meters (actual plant area

is10030 square meters). Located in Dinghao Industrial park, Houjie Town in Dongguan 

City, very closed to Houjie exit of Shenzhen Expressway, also near Shenzhen Bao'an 

Airport and Guangzhou Baiyun Airport.At present, our company has full-time staff of over

150 people.

SunYuu Automotive Equipment is mainly run by two business division:

Checking fixture business unit:Develop, design and manufacture high quality  auto 

stamping& plastic single parts checking fixture and assembly fixture. We aim to offer 

our customers perfect engineer& technical solutions.

Welding fixture& jig business unit:Develop, design, manufacture BIW welding flexible& 

automatic production line, robot automatic production line and automotive welding 

fixture with high-performance. We provide welding-technology, whole line planning, 

design, manufacture in situ works and related services.
